By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

By accessing our website or purchasing from Xperimental, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that all information provided is true and accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update pricing and product availability at any time.
2. Products and Content
All product images, descriptions, and information are provided for general use and guidance. Because our kits and components are hand-assembled and crafted in small batches, slight variations may occur.
We strive to ensure accuracy, but Xperimental cannot guarantee that all product information or pricing will always be error-free.
3. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors discovered after order placement and to refund or cancel affected orders if necessary.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via Aramex (3–5 business days for domestic delivery).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or regional restrictions.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, tracking details will be sent via email.
Xperimental is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier once your parcel is in transit — but we’ll always assist in resolving issues where possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on how to initiate a return, applicable time frames, and conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, and product designs — is owned or licensed by Xperimental.
Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Xperimental is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of our products or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Our kits are designed for responsible use by adults or under adult supervision.
