At Xperimental, we know waiting for your order is the hardest part — so we work hard to get it to you quickly and safely.


1. Delivery Options

  • Courier: We use Aramex for all South African domestic deliveries.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for major centers; 5–7 business days for outlying areas.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and parcel weight.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye on our social media or subscribe to our newsletter!


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel at www.aramex.co.za using your waybill number.


4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact sales@xperimental.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with Aramex to investigate and assist wherever possible.


5. International Shipping

At this time, Xperimental ships within South Africa only.
For special requests or bulk international orders, please reach out to our support team before checkout.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.
Xperimental is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
