30-Day Return Policy
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please email sales@xperimental.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

A 10% processing and restocking fee applies to all refunds.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or partially used ingredients, botanicals, or consumables

Kits or components that have been opened or assembled

Custom or personalized products (including engraved items)

Gift cards or digital downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
