30-Day Return Policy

You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please email sales@xperimental.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • A 10% processing and restocking fee applies to all refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used ingredients, botanicals, or consumables

  • Kits or components that have been opened or assembled

  • Custom or personalized products (including engraved items)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
